Takedown
Last updated: 2 September 2026
If something on BeastBid should not be here, this is how to get it dealt with. There are three routes depending on what the problem is.
Something on a card breaks the rules
Use the Report this beast button at the bottom of that beast's own page. No account needed, and it takes one tap.
Pick the closest reason — scam or malware link, stolen or copyrighted art, hateful or explicit content, impersonation, or something else — and add a line of detail if it helps. That report lands with us attached to the card, which is faster and more useful than an email, because we know immediately which card you mean.
This is the right route for most things, including bad links.
A copyright or trademark complaint
Email tavis@granadilla.studio and include all of the following:
- the URL of the card
- what the material is
- your relationship to it — the rights holder, or acting for them
- a statement that you believe the use is unauthorised
Without those four things we may have to come back and ask, which only slows it down.
Impersonation
Email the same address, tavis@granadilla.studio, and say which company, brand or person is being misrepresented, along with the URL of the card.
If you are acting for the company, say so. We do not require proof up front, but we may ask.
What happens next
Where a rights complaint is credible, we remove first and ask questions after. We would rather take down something that turns out to be fine than leave up something that is not. If we have got it wrong, tell us and we will put it back.
Removal forfeits the placement, and there is no refund. This is the same rule as section 4 of the terms: if a card or a link is removed for breaking the terms, any money paid toward it is forfeited. Paying toward a beast does not buy protection from this.
Removal is a decision about the listing, not a legal ruling about the underlying rights. Nothing here affects whatever else you may be entitled to do.
